What You Will Do:   As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. In addition, you will ensure your clients records and files are consistently up to date and maintained and provide regular follow up with clients.   This is a great opportunity for experienced Travel Agents, new grads, or anyone looking to kickstart their career in travel. No previous experience necessary, just a passion for travel, customer service and sales, we will provide training!   Hiring for August 2026   Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.   Who You Are:  

2-3 years customer service and sales experience

Prior Travel Agency experience is an asset, but not required

TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Excellent organizational skills

Available to work call centre operation hours - Monday-Friday 8:30am-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-4:30pm 

Familiarity with Sabre system is a definite asset

Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
