About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Spécialiste en ventes techniques – Workleap based in Canada. This role is a strategic, high-impact technical sales position sitting at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and enterprise customer engagement. You will act as the primary technical authority within the sales organization, helping shape how prospects understand and experience an advanced agentic platform. Rather than simply supporting demos, you will elevate every stage of the sales cycle by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and building trust with stakeholders at all levels. You will also play a key role in scaling the sales function by creating reusable assets, improving demo quality, and enabling sales teams to become more autonomous in technical conversations. Working closely with product and sales leadership, you will help bridge market feedback with product direction while directly influencing deal outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys shaping both strategy and execution. \n

Accountabilities: Act as the primary technical expert in the sales cycle, supporting demos, discovery sessions, and evaluations to build trust and remove technical objections. Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that clearly showcase agentic AI capabilities and accelerate sales cycles. Serve as a co-closer on complex deals by reinforcing technical value, addressing gaps, and maintaining momentum toward closing. Enable and upskill sales teams by taking ownership of technical onboarding, training, and ongoing knowledge transfer. Build reusable assets, workflows, and AI-driven tools that scale technical sales effectiveness across the organization. Collaborate closely with product teams to translate customer feedback, objections, and market signals into actionable insights. Support expansion opportunities by articulating product value and driving adoption of the platform’s AI and agentic features. Requirements: Proven experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong fluency in AI and agentic systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated excellence in delivering compelling product demos that influence decision-making and drive deals forward. Strong business acumen with a track record of contributing directly to revenue generation or deal closure. Builder mindset with experience creating scalable systems, workflows, or automation to amplify impact. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders ranging from practitioners to executives. Bonus: experience in HR tech, performance management, or employee engagement domains. Benefits: Competitive base salary of $90,000–$110,000 CAD, with total on-target earnings (OTE) up to $100,000–$120,000 CAD including commissions.
