Hiring: General Sales Manager for Suburban Motors

An Exceptional Opportunity is available to come work for one of Vancouver Islands highest performing Automotive Dealership Groups and join our dynamic leadership team as a General Sales Manager at Suburban Motors Ford Lincoln 

This position, in conjunction with the sales management team, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department; increasing and growing dealership revenue; leading, training, and coaching sales staff; and ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

The successful applicant must be highly motivated, a team player, and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results. Minimum of 4 years Sales Management experience within an automotive dealership.
