Job Description
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Southwester Ontario Region.
Salary Range: $92,500 – $115,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the dedicated sales team to effectively and efficiently achieve key annual targets and sales quotas. Your responsibilities are the following:

Recruit, develop, evaluate, train and motivate team members to meet sales quotas and objectives

Work with NAPA Regional Management and Distribution Center Management to develop, plan and implement programs, promotions, product launches and training programs

Conduct visits to major customers with sales development specialists

Participate in various regional sales development activities

Coordinate the drafting of annual sales plans for representatives, the development of key plans for wholesalers, and the definition of individual sales priorities through the analysis of available sales data

Review and follows up on weekly reports from Sales Development Specialists

Monitor supplier performance levels.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in automotive, distribution, or wholesale environments.

Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate high-performing sales teams.

Strategic thinking and business planning capability.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
