What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll become a trusted technical resource for our customers, helping them select, deploy, and support professional AV solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Providing technical guidance and sales support to dealers and system integrators. Responding to customer inquiries by phone, Teams, Zoom, and email. Preparing quotations, product recommendations, and complete AV solutions. Conducting product demonstrations and customer training. Building long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and monthly or bi-monthly customer visits. Supporting new product launches and marketing initiatives. Representing ADI Pro at trade shows and industry events. Staying current on the latest AV, broadcast, and streaming technologies.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required (to visit customers).
