Contract Details Type: 12-month contract Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Pickering. ON Compensation: Approximately $200,000 – $250,000

Our client is seeking an experienced OPG Account Director to lead and deepen its strategic relationship with Ontario Power Generation (OPG). This role is central to aligning customer priorities with our clients technical capabilities and long-term commercial objectives, ensuring sustained growth and partnership success within one of Canada’s most critical nuclear accounts .The successful candidate will act as a senior-level commercial leader responsible for strengthening our clients position as a trusted partner to OPG. This includes driving account strategy, building executive relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and translating market and competitive intelligence into actionable business plans

. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall account strategy and sales planning process for OPG, ensuring alignment with business targets and growth objectives Develop, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities, consistently achieving or exceeding commercial targets Build and maintain senior-level relationships within OPG through a proactive, customer-focused, and highly engaged approach Partner closely with OPG stakeholders to understand technical and commercial requirements and shape tailored solutions aligned to business strategy Drive new business development activity, including account mapping, opportunity sourcing, and expansion of OEM, channel, and partnership opportunities Gather and interpret market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate risk Support and coordinate the negotiation and execution of master service agreements and framework contracts, working closely with Legal and internal stakeholders Provide regular account updates, KPI reporting, and business intelligence insights to senior leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure execution of account strategy and revenue growth objectives Candidate Profile Ideally an individual with deep knowledge of OPG’s organization, procurement processes, and stakeholder landscape Strong background in nuclear energy, utilities, or complex infrastructure environments Proven experience in senior account leadership, commercial strategy, or business development roles Established network within OPG strongly prefer Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex commercial negotiations Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
