About the role

Role Description This part-time remote Sponsorships role focuses on building and managing partnerships between the Canadian Influencers & Content Creators Association and brands, agencies, and other relevant organizations. The team member will identify prospective sponsors, conduct outreach, and maintain ongoing relationships to support association programs, events, and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing sponsorship packages, preparing proposals and pitch materials, coordinating agreements, and ensuring sponsor deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. The role also involves tracking sponsorship performance, reporting on results, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align sponsorship activities with the association’s mission and community needs. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or business development, including prospecting, outreach, and relationship management. Skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to tailor proposals and value propositions to different sponsor needs. Understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and content creation ecosystems, ideally within the Canadian market. Strong organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple sponsorships, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in creating proposals, agreements, and reports. Comfort working independently in a remote environment, using digital collaboration tools and maintaining clear documentation. Experience with basic data analysis or reporting on campaign performance and ROI; familiarity with CRM or tracking tools is an asset. Prior work with non-profit, membership, or industry associations is beneficial; post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an asset but not required.
