Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Experience/Engagement consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Canada and is remote. As an Employee Experience/Engagement Consultant, you will support clients in the design, execution, analysis, and results interpretation of various employee listening projects including employee engagement surveys, total rewards surveys, interviews, and focus groups. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team to design survey content, conduct survey data analyses, and create "the data-based story" that draws on insights from the data/research findings for clients. You will be responsible for translating the employee experience data we collect on behalf of clients into strategic recommendations that drive organizational performance and long‑term talent goals. You may also assist with client management and sales. We will count on you to: Partner with clients in either English or French, including written deliverables, meeting facilitation and client presentations Work collaboratively within a team to conduct employee engagement or total rewards surveys (i.e., work with clients to develop a survey, conduct quantitative and qualitative results analysis, and prepare summary findings) Work collaboratively within a team to conduct qualitative research on behalf of clients (e.g., interviews and/or focus groups) Develop expert knowledge over time in conducting surveys from start to finish, advising (and presenting to) clients at different stages in the project Leverage insights from data to create and deliver actionable results for clients Work collaboratively with other consultants, project managers, and technical / operational team members to ensure client deliverables are met on time and in alignment with project scope Contribute to Mercer’s thought leadership in research and sales activities What you need to have: Fully bilingual (English/French) capabilities Undergraduate degree or higher 2 or more years of related experience (employee research/employee experience/engagement or other transferrable skills in human resources/talent development, client management) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills Strong attention to detail Proven client/customer experience would be an asset, creative problem-solving abilities and proven business acumen Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable assisting with business development/sales responsibilities What makes you stand out?
