Responsibilities Own the Sales Cycle: Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, high-impact demos, and closing deals within your territory. Showcase Value: Deliver tailored software demonstrations, highlighting how our solutions improve efficiency for private-pay aesthetic and healthcare practices. Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with clinic and medspa owners, physicians and nurses, in cosmetic surgery, dental, and vision care. Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to BoomerangFX’s continued growth. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine strategies and enhance the client experience. Tailor Strategic Solutions: Leverage your understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising to engage clients in meaningful discussions, align solutions with their needs, and demonstrate the value of BoomerangFX’s offerings.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Required Skills 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience. A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota. Experience selling six-figure software solutions to executive decision-makers. Strong consultative and value-based selling skills. A hunter mentality with exceptional closing ability. Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution. High energy, resilience, and an ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the healthcare/ SaaS is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
Mississauga Location Onsite (5 days a week) - Base: $70K- $75K + OTE: $200-400K+ (Uncapped) Hybrid Work Model (2 days per week) - Base: $60K- $65K + OTE: $200-400K+ (Uncapped) Equity: Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, Paid vacation to rest and recharge, Free on-site parking for your convenience, Access to our on-site gym and wellness facilities.
