MARKETING MANAGER

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Westcore Training is a growing Semi-Private Personal Training company with multiple locations across BC. We are not a traditional gym. Our focus is personalized coaching in private workout pods with strong systems, branding, and member experience.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager whose #1 purpose is simple:

GENERATE LEADS & BOOK APPOINTMENTS.

This is not a ?post a few pictures and hang out on Instagram? position. This role is about driving real traffic, real inquiries, real bookings, and real sales opportunities for our locations.

Position Details

• In-person position
• Monday?Friday
• Either:
• 9:00 AM ? 1:00 PM
• OR
• 10:00 AM ? 2:00 PM
• Salary: $3,000/monthMain Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads for Westcore locations
• Manage and improve META paid ads
• Work on SEO and Google visibility
• Update and manage WIX websites and landing pages
• Create lead-generation campaigns and promotions
• Track performance, conversions, and cost per lead
• Help with lead follow-up and appointment setting
• Respond to inquiries quickly through text, social media, email, and CRM systems
• Help increase booked intro/trial sessions
• Improve ad creatives, funnels, and booking systems
• Help build strong local brand awareness
• Work with ownership and management on promotions and campaigns

Skills & Experience Preferred

• Experience running META/Facebook & Instagram ads
• Experience with WIX websites
• Understanding of SEO and local search rankings
• Comfortable communicating with leads and helping book appointments
• Graphic design and content creation skills are an asset
• Strong organization and communication
• Ability to work independently and move quickly
• Must understand marketing psychology and direct-response advertising

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-based position.

Your primary KPI is LEAD GENERATION & APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS.

You will be expected to hit monthly lead and booking targets while continuously improving campaign performance and conversion rates. If quotas are not being met consistently, this position will not continue.
