Accountabilities: The Enterprise Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective enterprise clients, and supporting sales teams in building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Research and identify target enterprise accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities through strategic prospecting activities. Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other sales development channels to generate qualified leads. Educate prospective clients on solutions and value propositions while understanding their business challenges and goals. Lead initial conversations with prospects, ask discovery questions, and identify opportunities for further engagement with sales teams. Collaborate closely with sales executives and client-facing teams to schedule qualified meetings and support opportunity development. Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. Research industries, companies, and market trends to develop relevant messaging and improve outreach effectiveness. Support account strategies by identifying new opportunities within existing and target accounts. Consistently achieve sales activity targets, including outreach, qualification, and pipeline generation goals. Provide feedback and insights to improve demand generation strategies, sales processes, and client engagement approaches. Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, feedback, training, and performance improvement initiatives. Contribute to onboarding and mentoring efforts for new team members as experience grows. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with strong communication skills, business curiosity, and experience generating enterprise sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required. 1–3 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar business development role. Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying sales opportunities. Strong understanding of enterprise business challenges and the ability to connect solutions to customer needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Strong curiosity and desire to understand customers, industries, and complex business problems. Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative approaches to prospect engagement. Persistence, resilience, and motivation to succeed in a role involving frequent outreach and relationship-building. Ability to manage priorities, maintain organization, and execute sales activities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with changing priorities and ambitious goals. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for accounts, activities, and results. Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales and business functions. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
