Job Description Position: Outside Sales Representative Company: MedNation Home Healthcare Inc. Job Type: Full-time Role Description This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative at MedNation Home Healthcare Inc. The role focuses on building relationships, promoting medical equipment solutions, and driving sales through external outreach rather than in-store retail activity. The successful candidate will represent MedNation in the community, educate referral partners and clients, and provide expert guidance on home healthcare products. Job Summary Promote and explain the features and benefits of home medical equipment, including walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, bath safety products, and mobility scooters. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as clinics, healthcare providers, retirement residences, and community partners. Meet with clients in person to assess needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently educate customers and partners on available products and services. Provide compassionate, professional, and ethical support to clients and caregivers, understanding their healthcare and mobility needs. Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions, leads, and sales activity. Qualifications Previous experience in medical equipment sales, healthcare sales, or outside sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client and partner meetings. Comfort with consultative sales and relationship-based selling. Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge. Familiarity with technology or equipment sales is an advantage. Professional phone etiquette and confidence communicating with healthcare professionals and clients. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal in-store time required.
