About the role
We're looking for an experienced** Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Commission-Based Sales Representative** who enjoys working with start-ups and knows how to engage business owners. What You'll Do :-
Prospect SMB owners across North America Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach Book qualified discovery meetings Understand business pain points and position our solutions (Bonus) Close deals and build long-term client relationships
Compensation This is a performance-based freelance opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Our commission structure is designed to reward both appointment setters and full-cycle sales professionals: 🔹 SDR / Appointment Setter
Earn 5% commission on every deal that you source, schedule, and successfully converts into a paying client.
🔹 Full-Cycle Sales Representative / Closer
Earn 10%–15% commission when you manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and booking the meeting to closing the deal. The commission percentage depends on the project value and sales ticket size. There are no caps on commissions, so your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
