Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to cover a strategic territory in West Montreal and Western Montérégie. Playing a key role within the sales team, you will be responsible for the growth, development, and profitability of your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients.

-       Actively prospect to identify and acquire new clients.

-       Increase sales volume by offering tailored solutions and introducing new products.

-       Develop and execute business development plans.

-       Maintain a full sales pipeline and conduct thorough follow-ups.

-       Perform performance analysis (sales, attrition, profitability).

-       Negotiate pricing and close business agreements.

-       Enter and update activities in the CRM.

-       Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service).

-       Deliver high-level customer service and build long-term relationships.

-       Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements:

-       Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.

-       Experience in distribution, packaging, or cleaning products (an asset).

-       Bilingualism (French/English) required to communicate with English-speaking clients (approximately 30% of the time).

-       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-       Strong results-oriented mindset and competitive drive.

-       Strong organizational and time management skills.

-       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

-       Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for travel.

-       Availability to travel (40–60% of the time).

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year base + commissions

Schedule: 40 hours per week
