The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients. Job Description: Responsibilities: Support cross-functional projects with an emphasis on Customer Marketing Data, Technology Strategy, Identity, & Analytics, providing key insights through data analysis to inform planning and initiative prioritization. Contribute to initiative prioritization and assist in developing roadmaps and use cases that workstreams execute. Deliver insights to support strategic and long-term planning, leveraging value-based measurement across client marketing leads to drive data-enriched activation. Develop understanding of CX technology infrastructure and incorporate technical feasibility into planning and prioritization. Assist in identifying technology challenges across workstreams. Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-solutioning within the client's ecosystem. Support and contribute to the training of junior team members on how to best identify solutions driven through data, analytics, and technology. Collaborate with cross-agency SMEs to develop client- and customer-centric solutions. Support the creation of executive-level presentations and analyses of analytic, data, and identity solutions to support client needs and articulate incremental value. Contribute to the development of multi-phased measurement, technology, analytic, or data roadmaps for clients. Assist in translating data and results into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences across communication channels (PowerPoint, email, etc.). Partner with client teams to develop use cases for activation across brand and market segment teams. Support Analytics Lead and Marketing partners on measurement planning for activation efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally within Merkle and client teams to drive integrated processes for the utilization of data, analytics, and technology. Experience: 5+ years in analytics, business consulting, data strategy, and/or strategic planning functions. 2–3 years of experience working across multiple business or strategic disciplines. Mix of agency and corporate experience preferred. Experience contributing to work products from technical and strategic teams. Familiarity with CX technologies (e.g., Cloud Data Warehouses, CDPs, Cross-Channel Messaging Platforms, Content Management, etc.) and their application to CXM. Exposure to translating ML/AI models and analytic projects into business action. Corporate retail experience a plus. Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders. Attentive listening and collaborative working style. Proficiency in PowerPoint; experience building roadmaps and program plans. Ability to: Leverage data and insights for storytelling and solution development. Translate ambiguous requests into tangible, tactical solutions. Explain complex analytic, technical, and data solutions in simplified language for non-technical partners. Manage client and agency workflows to facilitate timely and actionable solutions. Solid business acumen with the ability to identify analytic and data-led solutions to business challenges. Working knowledge of a broad spectrum of analytic tools, solutions, and technologies and their application to business outcomes. At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. The annual salary range for this position is $113K-$140K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
