Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager for a commission-only role based in Calgary, AB. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential income properties, ensuring effective communication between landlords and tenants, coordinating property maintenance, and addressing property concerns. Responsibilities include managing rental listings, conducting property showings, drafting leases, and overseeing tenant transitions. While the role requires on-site visits and client interfacing, some tasks can be completed remotely from a home office.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Property Management, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection. Strong Organizational and Time Management skills to effectively handle property portfolios and prioritize tasks. Ability to Coordinate Maintenance and Repairs by collaborating with contractors and vendors. Understanding of Local Property Regulations in Alberta, with knowledge of tenancy laws and guidelines. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to interact with clients, tenants, and vendors. Proven Sales or Leasing Experience, particularly in the real estate or property management sector, is advantageous. Proficiency with Property Management Software or CRM tools is a plus. Relevant certifications or licensing, such as a property management license is required.
