Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in London, ON. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on organizations that can benefit from Aivate’s digital services, including web development, SEO, paid marketing, and social media management. Each day involves prospecting via calls, emails, networking, and social channels, conducting discovery meetings, and presenting tailored solution proposals to decision-makers. The role includes managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closing, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also analyze sales performance, contribute to forecasting, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform service and marketing strategies. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with experience managing a full B2B sales cycle. Ability to explain and position digital services such as website design, SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and content strategy to non-technical decision-makers. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and close deals. Competence with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic sales metrics to track activities, opportunities, and performance. Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Prior experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Eligibility to work on-site in London, ON, and willingness to attend client meetings, events, or local networking activities as required.
