Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain an organized sales area and ensure all products are displayed attractively.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to process orders and manage customer inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by actively promoting dealership specials and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
