About Rankbreeze Rankbreeze helps short-term rental hosts and property managers win more bookings through better data, smarter listing optimization, and tools that make Airbnb performance easier to understand. We help operators improve the parts of their listing that drive more visibility, more clicks, and more bookings — including rankings, photos, amenities, pricing, descriptions, and A/B testing. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help us grow Rankbreeze’s brand, reach more hosts, and turn our product insights into content, campaigns, and offers that property managers actually care about. Turn lookers into bookers. About the Role As Product Marketing Lead, you'll own the bridge between what Rankbreeze builds and how the short-term rental market discovers, understands, and adopts it. You'll get access to Rankbreeze's product, customer results, Airbnb data, and short-term rental insights to create marketing that drives trial sign-ups, email growth, website traffic, and customer acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role. You should be comfortable writing copy, creating content, filming videos, analyzing funnels, improving website conversion, and testing new marketing ideas. You'll work closely with the founder, product, customer success, and growth teams to make Rankbreeze the go-to platform for short-term rental operators who want to improve their Airbnb & vacation rental performance. Our company is based in Canada, but we’re hiring for this role anywhere in the Americas & Europe. What You'll Work On

Growing trial sign-ups, email subscribers, and website traffic with offers that genuinely help hosts win more bookings — across email, social, communities, and paid channels. Shipping marketing that's actually useful — guides, data studies, lead magnets, and tools that STR managers genuinely want. Growing the brand and customer base every month through a consistent content cadence and a continuously optimized funnel. Owning the funnel: diagnose ad campaign performance, run landing-page experiments, and optimize each stage from first visit to trial to paying customer. Creating content end-to-end: draft emails and social posts that help hosts book more nights, film feature showcases and videos breaking down A/B test winners from Airbnb listings. Building leverage through affiliates, influencer partnerships, webinars, and community programs that compound reach over time.

What You'll Own & Manage

Product Marketing: Turn features, customer wins, and Airbnb data into clear messaging that helps hosts understand how Rankbreeze helps them get more visibility, more clicks, and more bookings. Growth Channels & Campaigns: Build and manage campaigns across email, social, paid ads, affiliates, webinars, partnerships, and other channels to grow Rankbreeze's brand and customer base. Website Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Improve website copy, landing pages, CTAs, and trial sign-up flows by analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and running tests. Content & Demand Generation: Create useful, high-converting content such as emails, social posts, videos, blog posts, lead magnets, data studies, and product updates that attract STR hosts and drive trial sign-ups.

What We're Looking For You are both strategic and hands-on. You can think through systems, but you can also write the email, film the video, improve the landing page, and analyze the results. You have experience with:

Product/SaaS marketing Content marketing with data Email marketing Paid acquisition
