Hiring: Service Advisor

We Are Recruiting a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor

Suburban Motors requires a results oriented Service Advisor to join our quality team. This is a full-time position located in Victoria, BC.

Principal Duties:

• Manages customer requests for maintenance and repairs;
• Provides excellent customer service;
• Writes repair orders;
• Communicates with customers about the status of work;
• Collects payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments;
• Sells additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate.

Position Requirements (minimum experience):

• Previous experience in automotive service environment preferred;

• General knowledge of parts and basic automotive repair procedures preferred;

• Valid class 5 driver’s license required;

• Intermediate computer skills required;

• Excellent phone manner required;

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
