Your Impact Acumetis is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Partner, Medical Affairs to expand our Medical Affairs practice. This executive leadership role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and delivering transformative impact across the life sciences industry. As a member of the firm's Medical Affairs leadership team, the Partner will be accountable for practice performance, market positioning, client acquisition, and the development of innovative medical affairs solutions that address the evolving needs of biopharmaceutical organizations. The successful candidate will combine deep scientific and strategic expertise with a proven ability to build businesses, develop high-performing teams, and influence executive decision-makers. The Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Medical Affairs, Global Value Access, Patient Access & Support Services, Insights & Analytics, and Commercial Strategy & Launch service lines while driving the continued growth and reputation of Acumetis as a premier strategic consulting partner. Key Responsibilities: Identify emerging market opportunities and develop new service offerings that strengthen Acumetis’ competitive position. Collaborate with firm leadership to support enterprise-wide growth initiatives and long-term business strategy. Lead business development efforts, generating substantial new revenue through executive-level client engagement and strategic relationship management. Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations. Guide clients through critical business challenges across the product lifecycle, including launch excellence, evidence strategy, medical transformation, field medical optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Serve as a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences and executive forums and be a thought leader in the medical affairs community. Contribute to the advancement of Medical Affairs practices through innovation, research, and market engagement. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, MPH, or equivalent). 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within life sciences consulting, Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related healthcare sectors. Proven track record generating and managing multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios. Significant experience developing, negotiating, and closing complex consulting engagements and strategic partnerships.
