We are currently hiring a Full-Time Libro Connect Representative to support our Libro Connect (Call Centre) team. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
This key sales position focuses on pro-active activities to relationship building and coaching of members in a Contact Center environment. Responsible for working closely with all team members to identify and refer opportunities within all segments. To build and foster long term full relationships with members, and is well versed in all daily banking products and services including digital solutions and can proactively match those offerings to member needs.
The Role
Creates a world class experience applying advice-based selling with all member interactions including inbound member Calls, outbound relationship-building calls, and Email/SM. Provides tailored/personalized personal banking solutions including new accounts, digital solutions, business basics (simple business and organization accounts), overdrafts, card services and transactional support to appropriately fulfill member needs. Reaches out proactively through service follow-up to actively grow and maintain relationships and refers opportunities to appropriate specialists. Proactively seeks coaching and feedback to enhance skills and performance and mentors and supports peers to best meet member needs. Develops collaborative relationships with internal teams and business segments to effectively service members and grow business. Contributes to and provides feedback on team business plan for continual improvement and results. Participates in team activities as required to deliver on Libro’s Prosperity Purpose. Meets the compliance of established Libro and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes to serve our members in an effective and accurate manner.
