Develop and grow a high-quality agricultural lending portfolio by identifying financing needs, structuring credit solutions, and building relationships with producers and retail partners. Monitor portfolio performance and credit risk, manage collections when needed, and collaborate with Credit and Operations teams to deliver effective lending decisions and service.
