Inspire Group helps Indigenous communities build long-term strength through infrastructure, mentorship, and Indigenous-led events. We’re 100% Indigenous-owned and operated, and each part of our work is shaped by firsthand knowledge of what our communities truly need. Everything we do is rooted in heritage, guided by tradition, and carried out with deep respect for Indigenous culture. Our work spans three core divisions: Inspire Construction, Inspire Consulting Services, and Inspire Events. Inspire Construction addresses the unique building needs of First Nations communities through full-scope construction services, including land preparation, lot development, and utility installs. Inspire Consulting Services supports First Nations communities with practical guidance and culturally grounded services that simplify complex processes and move projects (and people) forward. Inspire Events curates impactful Indigenous-led conferences and gatherings centred on youth, wellness, and cultural celebration. Every Inspire Group project and partnership is a step toward a stronger, more self-sufficient future for Indigenous people.

Build relationships with community members, businesses, and potential partners; attend local events; and introduce prospective customers and partners to the organization’s events and services. Follow up with leads, maintain communication records, support promotional and outreach initiatives, and collaborate with the team to meet targets.
