At Hercules, you’ll sell crane inspections, repairs, and new crane solutions, backed by an experienced technical team. You’ll have autonomy in the field, clear sales goals, professional development opportunities, and a commission plan tied to the revenue you generate. What You'll Do * This is a customer facing sales role with a strong focus on growing the business. * Prospect and develop new customers throughout your territory. * Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts. * Conduct customer visits. * Understand customer operations and recommend the right crane solutions. * Sell crane inspections, repairs, service, and new cranes. * Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through the sales cycle. * Work toward developing new accounts. * Prepare quotations and proposals and support pricing discussions. * Maintain your customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline in our CRM. * Collaborate with the Crane Department and branch team on technical solutions and sales strategies. * Attend trade shows, safety conferences, networking events, and other industry functions. * Contribute customer insights and ideas to local marketing initiatives. What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who wants to grow a territory, not simply maintain one. Your success will be measured primarily through new customers, new crane sales, and revenue growth. And because your commission is tied to revenue, when your territory grows, your earning potential grows with it. What You Bring * 5+ years of sales experience * Proven industrial B2B sales experience * Strong new business development and account management skills * Experience selling technical products or services * Knowledge of the crane industry, crane inspections, lifting equipment, or rigging * Experience selling into construction, manufacturing, utilities, shipyards, offshore, or other industrial environments * Familiarity with OHS requirements and relevant crane/lifting industry standards * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Excellent organization and time management * High confidence when approaching and meeting customers * The self-motivation to successfully manage a territory while working independently * You don't need to know every Hercules product or system when you arrive. We'll provide product and technical training to build on the industry knowledge you already have.
