Schedule: 12 months Contract Monday- Friday primarily office-based, with occasional travel to project sites during weekdays and weekends as required. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join! * Comprehensive health and benefits package * Career development through GardaWorld Campus * A supportive, people-driven team environment INTERIM ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES * Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction * Lead Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locations * Oversee daily operations and ensure 24/7 service delivery through coordination with the Control Centre * Monitor key performance indicators such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtime * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operations * Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and working with our Business Development team INTERIM ACCOUNT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS * 1-2 years of experience in operations or client management * Strong leadership and team development skills * Excellent communication and client presentation abilities * Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Must be eligible to work in Canada * Management experience in security industry would be considered as an asset This posting is for a future position within our organizaton. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in operations or client management and possess strong leadership skills. Eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory, and experience in the security industry is considered an asset.
