Provide day-to-day service to personal lines clients, manage renewals and policy changes, place or remarket coverage, and identify opportunities to support retention and growth. Coordinate with insurers, underwriters, producers, brokers, and clients while handling inquiries, submissions, callbacks, and other assigned tasks.
