What You’ll Be Doing As a Jr. Territory Manager, you will support the growth and execution of a defined portion of a territory within the Greater Vancouver area. You will work directly with businesses across the hospitality and office channels while collaborating closely with Territory Managers and internal teams. In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience while contributing to the overall success of the territory. * Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers within your assigned territory segment * Manage and support a defined group of customer accounts, ensuring strong engagement and service * Conduct prospecting activities including research, outreach planning, and customer meetings * Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your territory * Build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers * Prepare and deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth * Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking * Participate in pipeline reviews, territory discussions, and planning sessions * Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, leadership, and internal teams to support territory growth What You’ll Bring * Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing environment * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * A customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools * A positive, collaborative approach and strong work ethic * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory * Ambitious, success-driven, and motivated by results. * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. * Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), plus ability to pass a background check.
