Role As a Inside Sales Advisor, you will use your advisory strengths to handle incoming calls—particularly within the heat pump department—in order to identify customer needs and convert calls into sales. Your goal? Highlight the benefits of our service offering and the features of our new products in order to book appointments for our external representatives. After receiving comprehensive product training, you will be able to properly assess needs, prepare quotes, and achieve targeted results. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and email quote requests, acting as an expert to recommend the best products and services based on customer needs; Effectively advise customers and close sales according to their needs; Exceed expectations in customer development by converting more prospects into clients; Act as a brand ambassador with potential customers; Support clients with online transactions and process web quotes. Ideal Profile Recognized for strong sales and negotiation skills; Demonstrates active listening and ease in communicating with customers; Genuine desire to help customers find the best solutions; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Comfortable with computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe; Bilingual to effectively serve both English- and French-speaking customers and provide high-quality service in both languages; Call center experience is an asset; Availability based on operational needs (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
