We are now searching for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals in our Spruce Grove branch. What You Will Do: * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What You Bring to the Team: * General Insurance License Level 1 * 3+ years of insurance related experience * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail
