Date posted: September 23, 2026 Pay: CA$50,000.00 - CA$55,000.00 per year Job description: Company: Dr. Marketing Location: Mississauga, ON – Onsite Salary: $50,000–$55,000 Base + Commission Position: Full-time, Permanent Travel: Approximately 10–16 weeks per year across North America About the Role Dr. Marketing is looking for a charismatic, ambitious, and growth-oriented Sales Representative who genuinely enjoys sales, meeting people, and building relationships. We are a growing marketing agency specializing in the dental industry, helping practices across North America grow through website design, Google Ads, social media, and digital marketing. In this role, you will own the sales relationship from initial prospecting through closing. You will understand each prospect's needs, present appropriate solutions, manage follow-ups, negotiate within company guidelines, and ensure every new client is properly transitioned to their Account Manager. A college or university degree is not required. We care about communication, personality, work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and your ability to deliver results. What You'll Do Prospect and connect with dentists and dental practices across Canada and the United States. Conduct sales calls, presentations, meetings, and follow-ups both virtually and in person. Understand each prospect's business needs and recommend appropriate Dr. Marketing services. Prepare and present quotes, explain services and pricing clearly, negotiate, and close new business. Maintain consistent follow-up until the prospect makes a decision, ensuring every conversation has a clear next step. Accurately maintain prospect information, sales activity, contact details, commitments, and notes in Salesforce. Ensure new clients complete required onboarding, Terms and Conditions, and initial payment requirements. Complete a thorough handoff to the Account Manager, including services sold, pricing, expectations, timelines, special requests, and commitments made during the sales process. Support clarification during the website development period when questions arise regarding the original sale. Travel throughout North America for dental conferences, industry events, client meetings, and other business development opportunities. Represent Dr. Marketing professionally while developing relationships with dentists, decision-makers, and industry professionals. Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Web, and other internal teams to ensure expectations established during the sales process are accurately communicated. What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred. Strong candidates with the right personality and communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Charismatic, personable, confident, and genuinely comfortable starting conversations with new people. Passionate about sales and motivated by achieving goals and closing business. Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when documenting client expectations and commitments. Organized, punctual, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups. Growth-oriented, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve. Strong judgment and ability to understand client needs before recommending a solution. A collaborative team member who communicates effectively with colleagues. Comfortable travelling frequently throughout Canada and the United States. Able to meet applicable requirements for business travel between Canada and the United States. Valid driver's licence preferred.
