Job summary
Reporting to the Field Sales Director, the Territory Manager - Grocery is responsible for building floor displays, merchandise shelves, and driving all sales operations related to the Grocery and Convenience Channel. The Dandurand Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive success in our Grocery division in the North of Toronto region. If you're passionate about driving success and making an impact, we'd love to have you on board! Responsibilities Travel to each account as scheduled according to the current sequence and call frequency. Create, develop, and maintain a professional working relationship with every grocery account. Pitch, secure and merchandise floor displays on focus brands across the different grocer banners. Communicate any rotation/dating concerns with store managers. Place orders for new inventory based on historical inventory patterns. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or equivalent. 1-year training or experience in a sales background. Qualifications Accepting and Building Accountability Building Value Based Relationships Communicating Effectively Focusing on Customers Planning & Organizing Self-Confidence Initiating Action Negotiating and closing the sale Own a car and a valid driver’s license AI-supported tools may be used to assist in the preliminary screening of applications. All evaluations and final hiring decisions remain fully under human review and judgment.

Requirements
