So what will you spend your days doing? What You’ll Do Manage and service mixed portfolio of commercial accounts providing variety and opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge. Support the full life cycle of the client from new business, renewals, endorsements, conducting detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions. Collaborate with the Producer to ensure all renewals are complete and delivered on time. Assist in remarketing policies when necessary. Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution. Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from clients, carriers, and colleagues, diligently following up on client accounts to resolve outstanding issues and activities. Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and carriers to maintain optimal coverage Take new claim reports and submit them to insurance carriers promptly. Maintain detailed and accurate information in the broker management system (Applied Epic) Identify and support sales opportunities as appropriate, (commission on new business). What We’re Looking For RIBO license preferred (or willingness to obtain if experience in other areas of commercial lines insurance) 2+ years commercial insurance experience or underwriting background Strong understanding of commercial risks Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently Confident communicator comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers Team player with a collaborative mindset Knowledge of Applied Epic is an asset Experience with farm is an asset Why Join R.K Mooney Group? Requirements
Requires 2+ years of commercial insurance or underwriting experience and a strong understanding of commercial risks. A RIBO license is preferred, and proficiency with Applied Epic is considered an asset.
