You will Welcome, advise and serve customers by personalizing customer relations Sell and serve wines à la carte or by the glass, and prestige spirits in the resort's bars and restaurants. Help steer the resort's economic and quality results Manage inventory, replenishment and conservation of wines and spirits for 600 to 1000 customers Train the resort's bar and restaurant teams in wine sales and service Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and respect for the resort's heritage. Develop additional sales and help optimize your department's financial results.
