Job summary
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Responsible for delivering fiscal year financial objectives; devising the plan to deliver against market and brand-level targets. Responsible for developing proposals, account and market plans, and forecast customer shipments and depletions Develop the joint business plan leveraging and aligning with multi-functional team in collaboration with the customer to understand needs and translate into compelling programs that win with consumers Maintain strong field-level relationships by supporting the Distributor sales force in their execution of Bacardi programs Gather detailed customer information, identifying and connecting with key decision makers in order to understand customer’s strategic business challenges and business priorities Manage full Bacardi portfolio within key accounts in pursuit of maintaining and expanding SKU-level distribution Ensures professional sales execution co-ordination and account planning with Distributor team Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders, leveraging strategic partnerships to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes and long-term growth. Apply Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles to optimize pricing, promotional investment, assortment, and profitability across customer portfolios. Analyze shipment, depletion, distribution, inventory, pricing, and promotional performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success managing annual customer agreements, A&P investments, pricing discussions, and conflict resolution. Experience applying Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles, including pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, assortment optimization, and profitability analysis. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Highly skilled in business planning, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience leveraging data and analytics to support customer recommendations and decision-making.
