Job details
Regional Sales Manager Canada (f/m/d) What you'll be working on You are AVILOO’s first person on the ground in Canada, building our sales presence in the Canadian automotive market from your home base in Ontario. You own the territory and drive AVILOO's product adoption across it from day one. This is a full-time, remote position. Direct sales ownership: You independently sell the AVILOO FLASH Test solution to independent and franchised dealers, leasing and fleet companies, auction houses and remarketing platforms, large dealer groups, vehicle inspection companies, and OEMs. Territory strategy: You develop and execute a territory strategy that turns your patch into a strong, repeatable pipeline. Full sales cycle: You own the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, quoting, contract negotiation, and closing. Commercial execution: You manage pricing, proposals, and order execution for every deal you close. Market presence: You represent AVILOO at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements across the region. Customer relationships: You build long-term relationships with customers and partners well beyond the first sale, including post-sale support and adoption projects. Team collaboration: You work closely with the North American sales team and with Marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and positioning. What you bring Ideally 3-7 years of B2B sales experience in automotive, EV, fleet, logistics, or SaaS. A strong existing network within the Canadian automotive ecosystem: dealers, fleets, auction houses, and OEMs. A hunter by nature, with a proven track record of winning new business consistently. Confident using Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline day to day. Comfortable calling on dealers, general managers, owners, OEMs, and dealer or 20 groups in person. Ready to travel locally and to conferences 25-50% of the time. An affinity for technical, data-driven products. EV or battery knowledge is a plus. Comfortable being one of AVILOO’s first people on the ground in Canada. You build much of the pipeline yourself while staying connected to a team in the background. Strong communication and presence, and a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Independent, precise, and pragmatic work style. A team player who rolls up their sleeves when the situation calls for it. What we offer A foundational role in AVILOO’s push into Canada: You build the pipeline and partnerships in a market that’s still taking shape, not one already mapped out for you. Uncapped commission on top of your base pay. An innovative, performance- and team-oriented work environment where success is celebrated together, even across borders. Creative freedom in a company that is set to grow its revenue significantly in the coming years. A workplace with a true start-up mentality, flat hierarchies, and fast decision-making. AI is at the core of how we work and how we think about the future of our processes. We’re looking for people who are genuinely excited about that - not just comfortable using AI tools but interested in what becomes possible when you build around them. Reliable work-life balance – personally guaranteed by the CEO. The compensation package starts with C$ 80,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to compensating you accordingly. About us AVILOO is the world's leading EV battery data expert and has developed the world's first independent State-of-Health test for electric vehicle batteries.
