Job summary

Our client, a top aftermarket heavy equipment distributor, is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Representative to cover Alberta for them. This is a remote position. About the Role This is a field-based, territory sales position covering Alberta, calling on a mix of equipment dealers, contractors, service centers, and fleet/end users across construction, mining, and oil sands. The role is firmly positioned in the aftermarket, and we are specifically targeting an aftermarket undercarriage specialist rather than OEM equipment sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling undercarriage or wear parts (e.g. tracks, rollers, idlers, sprockets) in a relationship-driven, technical sales environment. Qualifications Key background we are targeting: Experience in heavy equipment aftermarket parts sales Solid understanding of undercarriage systems, wear patterns, and applications Prior exposure to dealer-facing and/or large fleet customers Familiarity with major OEM platforms (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Deere, etc.) Alberta territory experience preferred (Calgary / Edmonton / Northern AB) Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 plus a commission structure tied directly to net profit ($120K+ OTE), making this an attractive opportunity for candidates with strong aftermarket sales capability. At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
