The Account Executive will manage an existing book of construction surety business by identifying client needs, developing innovative risk solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with underwriters. They are also responsible for administrative bond services, claims handling, and actively pursuing new business development opportunities. Candidates must have at least 3 years of contract surety underwriting experience and strong financial analysis skills related to contractor bonding. A post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting is required, along with a commitment to professional development such as ACSB, CIP, or CAIB certifications.
