You are Someone who cares about our people, your team, our customer, our leads and our product A person that gets joy out of creating a great experience for everyone - your onsite sales team, the Anthem team, the homeowner, the prospect, the agent, the industry and the general public Eager to engage and reinforce existing valuable relationships and keep realtor’s engaged and connected with our team Excited to provide insight to larger teams regarding issues/trends to improve customer experience and the product You will Ensure all sales targets (revenue and absorption) are on time, on budget, on vision, and on process Execute the Sales Plan for the community Write contracts and ensure contract compliance Provide leadership oversight and training for all Sales Associates and onsite teams to ensure they are set up for success Manage sales reporting Liaise with internal teams including Operations, Construction and Warranty to ensure the best customer experience Be proactive in communication with homeowners through the purchase and closing process Work with our marketing team to ensure assets and presentations are to Anthem standards Ensure website content is kept up to date and accurate Streamline the communication between onsite sales teams and Anthem office teams Ensure all deals are compliant, complete, signed, approved and/or countered Manage the MLS Listings You have Experience working within CMS and New Star (asset) Understand the local market and our competitors A rolodex of realtors who are eager to promote/support/sell current and future Anthem projects Great people skills A deep appreciation for strong relationships An eagerness to drive sales We have Great, diverse, authentic people! Requirements
Candidates should have experience with CMS and New Star software and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. A proven track record of maintaining a network of realtors and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
