The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and supporting the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring effective execution of sales plans in the field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and guide a team of field sales representatives. Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly performance reviews. Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members. 2. Sales Strategy and Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed. Monitor and report on the performance of sales campaigns and promotions. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist team members in negotiating and closing deals. 4. Reporting and Analysis: Present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities. Use data and analytics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met. 5. Administrative Duties: Manage sales team schedules, territories, and budgets input. Oversee the accurate completion of sales documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Preowned, Rentals, Service, Parts and Marketing) to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Share insights and feedback from the field to support sales trends and market condition Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership position. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices. Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel as needed.
