Highlights of What You’ll Do Client & Account Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, owning client onboarding, ongoing communications, and long-term account strategy Lead end-to-end client programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations across multiple workstreams Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on brand growth, market entry, and e-commerce expansion Go-to-Market & Brand Strategy Support brand teams with market-specific insights, localization strategy, and channel recommendations Contribute to the development of brand plans, including campaign strategy, promotions, pricing, and merchandising direction Act as a subject matter expert on the online marketplace ecosystems in China, advising clients on best practices and evolving trends Revenue Growth & Account Expansion Identify and lead opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and program expansion within existing accounts Educate clients on the full WPIC offering and introduce new capabilities as client needs evolve Cross-Functional Program Management Coordinate work across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring clarity of ownership and alignment on priorities Collaborate with other Key Account Managers, Strategy Leads, and POD Leaders on shared or overlapping client initiatives Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all touchpoints and deliverables Performance Analysis, Reporting & Storytelling Own program and store performance tracking, including KPIs, financial metrics, and campaign effectiveness Produce clear, actionable reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders Market & Competitive Insight Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis across China's e-commerce ecosystems Monitor emerging platforms, consumer behavior shifts, and regulatory or operational changes Translate insights into practical, market-specific recommendations for clients What You’ll Bring Along Must-Haves: 3-7 years of experience in agency, consulting, brand management, e-commerce, marketing, or professional services Strong background in client-facing roles, managing complex programs and senior stakeholders Demonstrated experience in go-to-market strategy, brand activation, or e-commerce programs Strategic command of the online marketplace ecosystems in China Proven ability to manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client-facing environment High level of ownership, accountability, and comfort operating with ambiguity Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline Client-first mindset with a passion for service excellence Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity Balanced IQ and EQ: able to lead with both data and empathy Fluency in Mandarin Nice-to-Haves: Background in integrated or digital services agencies is an asset Experience managing end-to-end e-commerce programs or marketplace operations is an asset Exposure to product management or merchandising is an asset Experience working with regional or global brands expanding into APAC is an asset What We’ll Give You Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000 Additional Compensation: Commission Extended health, dental, and life insurance benefits Growth Opportunities: High potential for advancement in a fast-growing company We are always looking for top talent.
