Commercial Sales Manager - Winnipeg, MB Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like Identifying new business leads and sales opportunities and providing to representatives to act upon and ongoing maintenance of the prospect information database Building and maintaining a high-performance team through actively recruiting and interviewing, goal setting, performance management, training, coaching, and mentoring Leading the implementation of sales strategies and participating in closing Commercial sales Actively involved in creating and implementing a sales development plan to meet growth objectives Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales results and adapting tactical plans accordingly The value you bring General Insurance Level 2 required. RIBO or willingness to acquire within 30 days of hire required Post secondary education an asset Experience leading a team with a proven track record of exceeding targets Experience recruiting, developing and performance managing a team Involvement in industry-related associations and your community Proven history of being a strong sales professional Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal Role Details Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week Location: Winnipeg, MB.
