WHAT YOU WILL DO Build strong, face-to-face relationships with existing and prospective Manitoba customers. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, manage costs, and optimize print environments. Develop proposals, recommendations, and business cases aligned to each customer’s goals. Grow existing customer relationships through regular engagement and thoughtful account development. Prospect for new business and expand WBM’s presence across Manitoba. Conduct customer reviews, assessments, and optimization discussions. Collaborate with the local print sales team, leadership, and technical specialists to drive territory growth. Stay current on industry trends and WBM’s broader portfolio of technology solutions. Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success in this role can take different forms. Some specialists excel at opening new doors and winning new customers. Others thrive by building trusted relationships and growing established accounts. The strongest team members bring both disciplines together. Consistently uncover new opportunities within existing accounts. Build a healthy pipeline of prospective customers. Contribute to the continued growth of WBM’s Print Solutions business in Manitoba. WHAT YOU BRING Outside B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for roles that involve both meeting clients in person and remotely. A proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and proposal-development skills. A customer-first mindset and consultative sales approach. Self-motivation, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A desire to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career within a leading technology organization. Managed print, MFP, copier, or related technology experience is an asset, but it is not required.
