Join a Leader in the Funeral Service Industry Victoriaville & Co. is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow an established territory across Central & Western Ontario. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, develop new business, and support funeral home clients through consultative selling, training, merchandising and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage the assigned territory and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Present products, programs and services to existing and prospective customers. Build lasting relationships using consultative selling, active listening and timely follow-up. Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities. Deliver product training and support merchandising and sales initiatives. Resolve customer concerns and coordinate effectively with corporate and field support teams. Maintain accurate customer, sales and administrative records. Represent the company at regional and provincial industry events. Qualifications At least three years of professional sales, account management or funeral service industry experience. Valid Ontario driver’s licence, reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 70% throughout the territory. Strong organizational, time-management, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and use Microsoft Office tools. Funeral service knowledge, a Licensed Funeral Director designation, established Ontario industry relationships or consultative sales experience are assets.
