Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting virtual meetings and presentations, and developing tailored proposals that address client hiring and workforce needs. The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery in collaboration with internal teams. This role involves maintaining an active pipeline, analyzing market trends, and providing regular performance updates and forecasts. The Senior Account Executive will also contribute to process improvement, support marketing and outreach initiatives, and represent United Career Networkss in digital events and industry forums. Qualifications Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in recruiting, staffing, HR tech, or professional services. Strong skills in relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle. Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and basic data analysis for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet or exceed revenue and activity targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., recruiting, operations, marketing) and contributing to process and service improvements. Familiarity with talent acquisition, labor market trends, or workforce planning is highly beneficial; prior experience in a senior or lead sales role is a plus.
