We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing Sales team as a Account Manager (School Development Manager), supporting primary schools, secondary schools, and multi-academy trusts across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Surrey. About The Role As a Account Manager (School Development Manager) you’ll be responsible for account management and business development across a diverse range of educational settings. Your role will involve: Identifying opportunities to enhance school improvement through better use of technology Promoting and selling additional IT services to existing clients (TIO schools) Introducing our services to new schools across the south east of England Collaborating with fellow Account Managers and reporting to the Commercial Manager Travelling to schools throughout the London area About You We’re looking for someone with: Solid experience working within the primary and/or secondary education sector A strong understanding of the school improvement agenda and how our services can support evolving priorities Confidence in engaging with school leaders and discussing regional education challenges Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate complex technical and pedagogical concepts clearly A passion for IT and a strong technical background A self-motivated approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service What We Offer Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per annum, Bonus scheme based on target achievement, Full-time permanent position, Enhanced DBS check.
