Who You Are Experience: Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record License: Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract. Certification: Valid VSA license. Customer Skills: Ability to create and maintain customer relationships. Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket. What Your Day Will Look Like Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets. Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively. Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires at least five years of automotive sales management experience and a proven track record. Candidates must have a valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record, a valid VSA license, strong customer relationship skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Dealer Socket.
