Your role here As an Inside Sales Representative, your role involves boosting sales within your designated industry sector(s). It is vital to demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, attention to detail, effective written and confident verbal communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities as follows: Supporting new and existing client projects and incoming sales enquiries from prospective clients. Visiting key accounts, prospects and exhibits Sending price quotations, product samples and marketing literature to customers. Building long-term profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitoring customer sales, identifying any significant evolutions and taking appropriate follow up actions. Communicating with customers to establish future product demand and planning supply. Identifying and crafting profitable up selling opportunities and suggesting new or alternative products and sending appropriate samples and prices as necessary.
