Your Role Here As an Inside Sales Representative, your role involves driving sales within the spirits sector and building lasting relationships with accounts across your territory. Success in this position requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, a customer-first mentality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industry. Responsibilities Include: Supporting new and existing client projects and managing incoming sales inquiries. Developing accounts through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings. Providing price quotations, product samples, and marketing materials to customers. Building long-term profitable relationships with key accounts and prospects. Monitoring customer sales and trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and following up with action plans. Forecasting product demand in collaboration with customers to ensure smooth supply. Identifying upsell opportunities, introducing new or alternative products, and sharing appropriate samples and pricing.
