Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Cambridge, ON. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and supporting teammates to achieve overall sales goals are key aspects of this position. Qualifications Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus Previous experience in the electrical power industry is an asset but not mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
